CLASSES
Power pilates
Power Pilates is our main mixed-level mat class fusing classical and contemporary Pilates. Power classes are fun and dynamic while still emphasising correct form and alignment. Resistance and intensity are driven by pace and the use of equipment including ankle weights, light dumbbells, balls, rings and bands. Modifications are offered throughout the class to ensure everyone trains at their own level. Not suitable for pregnancy.
Barre
Our Barre class is a fusion of the techniques and language of ballet with the fundamental principles of mat pilates. Repetitions and pace are kept high to 'burn-out' targeted muscle groups often ignored in other exercise practices. Not suitable for pregnancy.
Courses
foundations course
Build confidence on the mat with our Pilates Foundations Course - designed for people who’ve always been curious about Pilates but haven’t felt confident walking into a regular class yet.
Once a week, for 4 weeks, you will attend a class with the same small group of people. Your teacher will take you through the key principles and movements of Pilates at a slow pace, explaining everything in detail. You will also learn how Pilates benefits your mind and body! We guarantee that by the end of the course, you'll be wanting a front row mat at our regular classes.
post natal course
This 6 week postnatal Pilates course is designed to help you reconnect with your body after pregnancy/childbirth in a calm and supportive environment.
Each weekly class focuses on restoring strength from the inside out. Movements are specifically chosen to support the postnatal body — prioritising reconnection with the muscles of the abdominal wall and pelvic floor.
We recommend starting the course when you are at least six weeks postpartum. Babies are welcome to come along and share your mat with you. If they need feeding or soothing, we have a completely separate waiting room which you can make use of. Please note there is no elevator however there is ample room to park buggies downstairs in our secure lobby.
