Emma H
Emma is the owner of Breathe. Her classes are medium paced, science based and usually full of laughs. Because of her degree in neuroscience, Emma wants her classes to strengthen both your body and your mind. You will leave her classes feeling balanced and resilient. If you are new to Pilates, Emma’s classes are great to attend as she includes lots of levels and modifications to suit everyone from beginners to regulars. She is also pre and post natal qualified, and has had a baby herself, so is a great option if you are returning to Pilates post birth.
Mackenzi B
Originally from Sydney, Australia, Mackenzi’s background is in dance. Her classes focus on intentional movement, precise alignment, and targeting specific muscle groups so you can really feel the burn. She loves bringing positive energy to every class, keeping sessions fun, upbeat, and motivating. Her goal is to help clients build strength, improve body awareness, and leave feeling stronger and more confident
Emma G
Emma comes all the way from Massachusetts, USA. Her classes are a true hybrid of Pilates and Yoga. She takes the technical foundations of Pilates and increase the intensity using the seamless, high-energy flows she learned in the yoga world. Expect a continuous flow, lots of holds, heavy pulses, and creative layers that keep the burn interesting and the heart rate up. Emma brings the sweat, the challenge, and that peak post-class high.
Ali
Ali never stops moving. Coming from a dance background, Ali began Pilates at age 14 before starting her first job as a ballet instructor. She rediscovered her love for the practice during lockdown and decided to upskill in mat, reformer and barre. Music unsurprisingly serves as her guide for contemporary sequences challenging every muscle group.
Morgan
Morgan is our resident jet setting Aussie beach girl. While she’s too busy following the sun to have a permanent class at Breathe, when she’s in London she loves to drop in and teach a fast paced, sweaty session. Morgan’s been in the Pilates world a long time, and her expertise shows. You can expect an intense but fun workout, and to leave feeling alive (and maybe a little sore).
Isabella
Originally a Yoga teacher, Isabella is a dynamic teacher who blends creativity, strength and mindfulness in every class. She guides clients to grow by trusting their own ability and building strength, creating classes that are both challenging and grounding.
charlotte
Charlotte recently relocated to London from Sydney, where she spent the past six years teaching across a range of boutique studios. She first fell in love with Pilates as a form of rehabilitation during her recovery from consecutive ACL injuries following a netball career, crediting the method with rebuilding both her strength and confidence. Her classes are calm, considered and technique-driven, with just the right amount of spice. Think slow, controlled movement and a lunge series that sneaks up on you (in the best way).
TRIONA
Triona started as a client at Breathe and quickly fell in love with all things Pilates. She loves to create class flows that build step by step into movements that feel both challenging and fun. She tends to focus on one or two pieces of equipment per class, layering exercises through a variety of creative flows.
BERCAN
Bercan is an energetic, passionate and authentic Pilates instructor, comprehensively trained through BASI Pilates. She is dedicated to bridging the gap between classical and contemporary Pilates. Expect thoughtful guidance, carefully curated flows, and a touch of spice leaving you feeling more connected to your body and transformed from the inside out.
