Pilates is an amazing way to stay strong and confident during pregnancy. During her first pregnancy, our founder Emma created The Pregnancy Programme, a fully online workout platform to see you through weeks 5 to 40 of your pregnancy. Each week has three 30 minute Pilates workouts, catered to the specific trimester you are in. You can do the workouts in your own home and on your own time. Better yet, all classes were filmed at Breathe Studio, so it’s like you never left.
